Cocktails are the main attraction. Under the direction of Executive Bar Manager Øyvind Lindgjerdet, the bar has developed a distinctive approach to drinks, drawing inspiration from Trondheim's heritage, Norwegian ingredients and the colourful characters associated with the hotel over its 150-year history.

Those with more traditional tastes are well catered for with classic cocktails, an impressive selection of spirits and Champagne by the glass. Norwegian aquavit is a particular speciality, with rare bottlings offering enthusiasts an opportunity to explore the country's national spirit. Light dishes and bar snacks complete the offering.
