Separate two but housed in the entrance to Supperclub, in a room that was the coat check, this very special little bar is all female-owned, by Tess Posthumus, Rosa Moolenaar and Alina Lucia.
The Dutchman may be small (just 35 or so seats), but it boasts a huge spirits selection and one of the best cocktail menus in Amsterdam.
