You may find some of the drinks, and particularly the garnishes a tad over-the-top but that's the delight of this warmly-lit quaint little place.

Whatever you do, be sure to order the simpler and brilliantly conceived signature Gibson cocktail made with specially commissioned Copper Head Gin and served in a metal Martini glass with Parmigiano cheese and the requisite onions on the side. The onions are house-pickled to the Marian's own recipe and are as delicious as the cocktail.
