The David Collins design is based on old sleeper railways, with deco designed, monogrammed everything from tableware to uniforms. The gaudy blue and pink colour scheme somehow really works and the private booths and waitress call button allows intimate, fuss-free dining. Food is served from 7am until 3am and the menu covers everything from all day breakfast (complete with your own toaster to ensure piping hot toast) to fishfinger sandwiches and Ribena. Extreme comfort food. Downstairs is a small, reservation only bar which serves delicious cocktails in the opulently deco surroundings. A real treat.
