Founded and owned by Shivank Singh, Fat Cats is a speakeasy-style cocktail bar in Madrid's Literary Quarter.
Shivank was inspired by the luxurious residences of the original Fat Cats, the wealthy elite of the 1970s, and his venue recreates the sophisticated atmosphere of the private parties and decadent nights where the infamous Fat Cats Burglars carried out their exclusive heists.
A discreet door leads guests into a dimly lit space designed to transport guests to the clandestine and elegant side of New York nightlife.
Using techniques borrowed from fine dining, the team has created cocktails that reinterpret unexpected dishes such as a Cinnamon Roll, a Tiramisù or a Gilda in liquid form.
