Appearance:
Clear, light golden.
Aroma:
Sherry and fudge nose with salty milk chocolate aromas.
Taste:
Full-flavoured, fruity light peat and sea spray palate with creamy biscuity malt, lemony chocolate and a pinch of black pepper.
Aftertaste:
Long, dry, peaty finish with fades with lemony chocolate, salt and black pepper.
