Made using a four column distillation process from GM-free wheat, this vodka name heralds from the fact that it’s made at 42 degrees below the equator in the centre of New Zealand.

Review and Tasting

Sampled before 1st May 2011

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Hints of aniseed emerge from a clean nose.

Taste:

The clean palate sees initial sweetness quickly followed by a cracked black pepper heat.

Aftertaste:

Aniseed, liquorice notes are present throughout with liquorice overriding aniseed in the peppery finish.
