Made by famous vermouth producers, Dolin & Cie in France's Savoie region, Sevez Honey Lavender Liqueur combines the natural sweetness of Savoie honey with floral lavender and alpine meadow botanicals.

This liqueur takes its name from the Sevez family, who have owned and operated Dolin for five generations since 1905.

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Bright aromatic floral lavender and acacia honey.

Taste:

Balanced and far more complex than just floral lavender and delicate honey richness, with underlying botanicals adding structure.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering lavender and honey with chamomile emerging.

Overall:

More than just a lavender liqueur, although Sevez is great for adding floral notes to cocktails.
