Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Bright aromatic floral lavender and acacia honey.

Taste:

Balanced and far more complex than just floral lavender and delicate honey richness with underlying botanicals adding structure.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering lavender and honey with chamomile emerging.

Overall:

More than just a lavender liqueur, although Sevez is great for adding floral notes to cocktails.
