Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Earthy citrus with lavender.

Taste:

Bittersweet. Earthy citrus with complex herbal and rooty notes, lifted by lavender-like freshness.

Aftertaste:

White pepper spice appears in the very long, earthy citrus finish.

Overall:

Use to add complexity to any cocktail with lemon or grapefruit, or where you would otherwise introduce a citrus note with a zest twist.
