The inspiration behind these bitters would appear to be, and to quote the label, "Ancient Aztects would celebrate with a bitter beverage made of cacao beans, peppers and spices."

Water, glycerin, natural & artificial cocoa flavour (propylene glycol, flavour, water), other natural flavours (alcohol, propylene glycol, flavours, water), caramel colour and tartaric acid.
