A Riserva edition of Amaro Nonino Quintessentia with more than 24 months ageing in oak barriques and small casks.
Antonio Nonino, third generation of the family of Distillers, used to keep Amaro Carnia in small wooden casks. The wood contact caused the infusion to evolve, enriching it with new notes and aromas.
This Riserva edition of Amaro Nonino Quintessentia was released by the Nonino family in memory of grandfather Antonio.
Ageing takes place in a dedicated cellar, under seal and permanent surveillance by the Italian Customs and Monopoly Office.

Clear, deep amber.
