Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Delicate floral smokiness.

Taste:

Light-bodied. Flinty minerality with clay-like notes and delicate floral smokiness.

Aftertaste:

Fresh minty notes emerge in the delicately smoky finish.

Overall:

When tasted neat (which is not how Fluère is designed to be drunk), the smoky notes are very subtle. However, mixed with pink grapefruit soda in a simple Paloma, it's surprising how the smoky notes, and indeed Fluère's flavours, are amplified to produce a tasty alcohol-free long drink.
