William Grant’s Family Reserve was first created in 1898 by the eponymous William Grant and is still owned by members of the Grant family today. The now iconic triangular bottle was launched in 1957 and was designed by Hans Schleger, one of the 20th Century’s most important graphic designers.
Grant’s Family Reserve was originally called ‘Standfast’ after the battle cry of the Grant family.
