Fee Brothers say their "Plum Bitters is a fruity blend of plum and spices, reminiscent of the flavour of British plum pudding."

Packaged in Fee's familiar 118ml hand paper-wrapped bottle with flip-open cap and dash dispensing top.

Appearance:

Slightly hazy, golden amber.

Aroma:

Pungent plum and cinnamon.

Taste:

Bittersweet ripe plum and herbal spice with cinnamon most obvious.

Aftertaste:

Plum and cinnamon.

Overall:

Low in alcohol (only 12%), these aromatic bitters are glycerine-based and surprisingly sweet. Reminiscent of a plum-flavoured Campari-like "bitter" liqueur.
