Review and Tasting

Sampled on 03/02/2016

Appearance:

(sample 2015 release) Clear, deep coppery golden amber with tints of bronze and red.

Aroma:

Cedar wood, wood sap and oil paint with petrol, eucalyptus, current bun and starchy corn on the cob.

Taste:

Huge and bone dry but rounded with notes of corn, toffee apple, orange marmalade, vanilla, cider wood, tobacco leaf, spice and chocolate orange.

Aftertaste:

Spice bursts onto the long lasting toffee apple finish.

Overall:

Dilute this huge bourbon and experience cedar wood, cinnamon orange marmalade, vanilla and toffee apple.
