Alessio Vino Chinato is a premium Italian aperitif wine made with Nebbiolo d'Alba grapes, the same grape varietal used to make the Piedmont region's regarded Barolo wines. This is flavoured with an infusion of aromatic herbs Cinchona bark, which adds its distinctive bitter note.
