In Polish, 'spirytus rektyfikowany' literally means 'rectified spirit' and that's exactly what this is – high strength ethyl alcohol. Often labelled for export 'Polish Pure Spirit', it is sold in three strengths: 'blue label' at 57.1% abv, 'yellow label' at 79.9% abv and 'green label' at 96% abv.
