Merlet Triple Sec is an orange flavoured liqueur made by macerating oranges and other citrus fruits in alcohol and then distilling before hydrating and sweetening with sugar.

Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Clean rich orange zest and freshly squeezed orange juice with lemon zest.
Taste:
Sweet silky tangerine/mandarin orange skin with hints of lemon. Cleansing black pepper and citrus acidity. Drier and with a lighter mouthfeel compared to many other triple sec liqueurs.
Aftertaste:
Tangerine orange, acidity and peppery spice.
