Made from the maceration of wild strawberries and larger Sanga-Sangana varietal strawberries in alcohol. The tiny wild strawberries give the liqueur a 'green', while the larger strawberries are sweet and aromatic.

Appearance:

Clear, cherry red.

Aroma:

Freshly picked strawberries and strawberry jelly.

Taste:

Very fresh, strawberry jelly with a touch of boiled sweet and strawberry jam.

Aftertaste:

The finish is a continuation of the palate with lingering boiled sweets and light citric acidity.

Overall:

Good strawberry aroma and flavour only slightly marred by citric acidity.
