This cherry flavoured liqueur is made with the slow maceration of two varieties of cherries (one sweet and one bitter) by Giffard & Cie, a fourth generation family-owned and run liqueur producer in France’s Loire Valley.

Clear, burgundy red with bright ruby glints.
Ripe fresh cherry with cherry marmalade and roast almond.
Slightly syrupy rich cherry fruit is balanced by toasty notes, almond and bitter fruit tannins. Very fresh and fruity compared to some other cherry brandies.
Long, bittersweet cherry.
