A peach liqueur from French producer Edmond Briottet who makes a range of Crèmes de Dijon, all of which contain at least 400g of sugar per litre. Maison Briottet contract with local farmers to ensure the quality of the fruit used to make their liqueurs.

Appearance:

Clear, amber.

Aroma:

Fresh peach, peach leaves and light meringue and lime cordial.

Taste:

Jammy peach conserve with hints of citrus acidity and a touch of under-ripe apricot.

Aftertaste:

Lingering jammy fruit with citrus acidity.
