Located in the heart of Burgundy, Maison Briottet is a family business, founded in 1836 by Edmond Briottet. Originally, the family were primarily Burgundy wine négociants, but following the development of the Kir aperitif (white wine with Crème de Cassis), the company progressively focused its activities on producing fruit crèmes, liquors, brandies and marcs de Bourgogne. Today, Briottet is run by the sixth generation of the family: Brother and Sister Claire & Vincent Briottet.
