Launched in 2004, Diplomatico Anejo is a golden rum blended from 95 per cent continuous still light rums and 5 per cent heavy pot still rums, aged for an average of four years. Apart from a little caramel for colour correction, no sweeteners or other flavouring are added.

Appearance:

Clear, dark amber.

Aroma:

Mildly fruity and lightly woody nose with appealing curry powder spice.

Taste:

Creamy fudge, tobacco and mocha coffee palate.

Aftertaste:

Dry toffee, fudge, bitter chocolate and coffee (mocha) finish.
