    Review and Tasting

    Sampled on 27/02/2012

    Appearance

(Firma No. L.2007, BN 1069) Clear with the very faintest of pale straw yellow tints.

    Aroma

Herbaceous, broken daffodil stem, black olive, olive oil and fresh dill nose with faint white wine vinegar and sea salt.

    Taste

Surprisingly placid, faintly vegetal palate with sea salt with pine needle and eucalyptus freshness. Surprisingly lady-like as tequila goes.

    Aftertaste

Long, very slightly bitter lightly cooked cabbage finish with green peppers.
