Review and Tasting

Sampled before 1st May 2011

Dark brown, almost black with thick long lasting off-white head.

Prune and liquorice nose with pine hops, cardamom and spice.

Slightly sweet, fruity, toffee, almost meaty palate with liquorice and mild spice. The very high alcohol content is well masked.

Spicy caramel, liquorice finish.
