Based on tequila with lime and Sauvignon Blanc grape juice. Apparently whole limes are used in the maceration process. Amusingly the back label declares this "the ideal balance between a spirit and a liqueur, Given is branded as the first spiquer." Let's be honest, it's a 15% alc./vol. liqueur.

Appearance:

Clear, light yellow gold with bright golden highlights.

Aroma:

Reminiscent of lime cordial with inside of a plastic box-like aromas.

Taste:

Bittersweet lime zest and lime cordial palate with acidic white wine like bite.

Aftertaste:

Long cooked lime, lime cordial finish with lingering zesty, metallic notes. May have a place in Gimlets.
