Clear, golden amber.
Cinnamon, clove and buttery leather, vanilla, brazil nut, treacle, fudge and poached pears. Water amplifies spice and vanilla pastry.
Rich, fruity and spicy with browned butter malt and creamy mouth feel. Nutty, crème brûlée, overripe banana, stewed pear and vanilla with a blast of spicy oak.
Fruit wood spicy finish.
