Appearance:

Clear (but so dark almost opaque), dark mahogany with medium short lived tan head and thin lacing.

Aroma:

Roasted malt and nuts with grilled sultana fruity aromas. Little or no discernible hops.

Taste:

Mildly malty with caramel, bitter chocolate, coffee, walnuts and sultana fruit.

Aftertaste:

Malty nutty cocoa.
