Appearance:
Slightly hazy, coppery golden with moderate white head which dies to a mere foamy film.
Aroma:
Subdued, toasty bread nose with faint red apple skin and citrus zest.
Taste:
Floral and slightly metallic (in a good way) hop, French baguette crust palate with faint pear fruit.
Aftertaste:
Bready finish with faint lemon.
