Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Aromatic desiccated coconut, with dairy-like creaminess.

Taste:

Light-bodied. Clean, very lightly rum-like with mellow coconut flavours - reminiscent of Bounty confectionery bar and desiccated coconut. Faint Madeira cake notes.

Aftertaste:

Sweet desiccated coconut.

Overall:

Light-bodied and clean with subtle light rum notes and coconut flavours reminiscent of Bounty confectionery bar and desiccated coconut.
