Appearance:
Clear, bright buttercup yellow.
Aroma:
Pungent, ripe bananas – confectioner's banana essence.
Taste:
Clean, animated, highly concentrated ripe banana flavour with vanilla and faint almond and spice.
Aftertaste:
Touch of aniseed and spice to the confectioner's banana finish.
