Review and Tasting

Sampled on 25/03/2012

Appearance:

Clear, coppery amber with a thin white head.

Aroma:

Subdued nose with the merest hint of lemon/lime zest rising over light hops and biscuity malt.

Taste:

Session ale in both alcohol and flavour - not too much but holds interest. Mildly bitter with lightly grassy hops and lime zestyness.

Aftertaste:

Lightly bitter with lingering lime peel oils and thyme spice.
