Review and Tasting

Sampled on 27/03/2012

Slightly cloudy, verdant green.

Does indeed smell of tarragon - slightly hamster cage with faint aniseed, rosemary and cardamom.

Tarragon and black liquorice with faint fennel. Tarragon has a slight aniseed note and is related to wormwood, add the green hue of this syrup and the flavour is strangely reminiscent of absinthe.

Tarragon, black liquorice and cucumber skin.
