According to the blurb, this product emanates from a distillery on the Mediterranean, its "blend of natural peach flavours, expertly blended with a subtle fermented and distilled base to combine a smooth creamy mouth sensation and strong fruity aroma".

We found it one of the worst liqueurs we'd ever tried, despite its claims of being "considered the brand leader in quality in the United Kingdom"

Review and Tasting

Sampled on 18/01/2012

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Unpleasant, acetone-rich, grape must nose with fermenting peach juice.

Taste:

Estery, dunder-like rum notes, verging on oxidised vermouth, little obvious peach flavour and a perceived chemical 'taint'. Tastes faulty.

Aftertaste:

Nutty sherry-like oxidised finish with lingering aggressive bite.
