Released in March 2012, this Woodford Reserve variant is made using (to quote from the back label) a "double barrel process. First matured in custom-crafted barrel and then re-barreled in a heavily toasted, lightly charred barrel for finishing."

Appearance:
Clear, copper bronze.
Aroma:
Reminiscent of a mixed bag of cashew nuts, rubber bands, popcorn, tree bark and fudge. Faint spearmint.
Taste:
Burnt butter and brandy butter with creamy oaked nuttiness. Light spice.
Aftertaste:
Lingering cashew nut, buttery oak.
