Appearance:

Clear (very slight haze), golden amber with thick off white head with good retention and lacing.

Aroma:

Mead-like, malty honey nose with faint lemon/orange zest and coriander spice.

Taste:

Full bodied, malty palate with strong honey (but not sweet), coriander, black pepper and hop spice, and faint fresh root ginger.

Aftertaste:

Lingering spice with yeasty honey and faint liquorice.
