Appearance:

(bbd 17-Aug-12) Slight haze, coppery amber with minimal quickly diminishing head.

Aroma:

Overripe blackened banana, wheat and clove spice.

Taste:

Wheaty bread with poppy seeds, clove and lemon zest.

Aftertaste:

Lingering clove spice and light cracked black pepper.
