Review and Tasting

Sampled on 29/05/2012

Appearance:

Clear, light golden with bright gold highlights.

Aroma:

Clean and fruity with pronounced grape-like qualities and pineapple macerated in clove syrup.

Taste:

Refreshingly light and easy fruity cognac rejoicing in a lack of heavy oak which is replaced by nubuck and light spice.

Aftertaste:

Light spice with honeyed sweetness and balsawood. Delightfully youthful and fresh.
