To quote William Chase's own notes, "We slowly cook Herefordshire Rhubarb and then marinade it with our award-winning vodka in our beautiful copper pot still. We then distil a fourth time to infuse all of the flavour together. More rhubarb is macerated and filtered to leave a delicate pink colour."
Launched in May 2012, originally as a limited edition of 2000 bottles, this vodka followed the distillery's successful rhubarb liqueur.
