Appearance:
(best before 03.10.13) Clear, golden with large but quickly fading white head with heavy lacing.
Aroma:
Bready and grainy – sweet corn, biscuit/cracker and day hay with faint grassyness.
Taste:
Dry, crisp and refreshing, quaffable but flavoursome larger with baguette crust maltyness and grassy hops.
Aftertaste:
Refreshing hop bite with mild lingering malty bitterness.
