Launched in June 2012, this is a richer version of Dorset Ginger, an alcohol-free drink originally created and produced by a Bournemouth family butcher. The Dorset Ginger Company was established in the early 80s and in 2007 production was moved to purpose built premises in Lytchett Matravers, Dorset

The company say they have maintained the original recipe and manufacturing process while introducing in-bottle pasteurization to give an extended shelf life, although Dorset Ginger should be refrigerated after opening. Try serving with Scotch in a Whisky Mac.
