Lejay Lagoute blend this liqueur from a distillate of pear and a maceration of virgin juice, both sourced from the Jura area between Burgundy and Switzerland. They add 350 grams of sugar per litre to the final blend.

Clear, very pale golden yellow.
Pungent ripe pear, overripe banana and green apple skin with pear drops.
Intense lightly syrupy sweet pear and tart green apple with faint grassy note.
Lemon acidity emerges in the green apple and pear skin finish.
