Appearance:
Clear, pale golden.
Aroma:
Overripe banana and green apple with apricot jam, zesty orange, acacia honey, vanilla and butterscotch.
Taste:
Slightly sweet with green apple skin, peach juice and biscuit. Subtle clove and white pepper spice adds depth and interest.
Aftertaste:
Fruity and long with lingering black pepper spice.
