Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Mineral with tropical fruit and pineapple.

Taste:

Strong notes of coconut, probably from the American oak casks this was aged in, with faint toffee/fudge note and white peppery spice.

Aftertaste:

Lingering white pepper and coconut.
