As the name suggests, this sugar syrup is made to have a flavour resembling that of gin, with an emphasis on the pine notes juniper berries give to gin with light coriander and citrus oil.

Cloudy, pale white with yellow tinge.
Silver polish (reminiscent of), pine cones and pine sap with camphor.
Pine fresh with hop-like spice. Pine led juniper flavour with botanical complexity.
Long lingering pine and coriander with faint star anise. To properly appreciate this products complexity you’ll need to sample diluted with water.
