As the name suggests, this sugar syrup is made to have a flavour resembling that of gin, with an emphasis on the pine notes juniper berries give to gin with light coriander and citrus oil.

Review and Tasting

Sampled on 12/11/2012

Appearance:

Cloudy, pale white with yellow tinge.

Aroma:

Silver polish (reminiscent of), pine cones and pine sap with camphor.

Taste:

Pine fresh with hop-like spice. Pine led juniper flavour with botanical complexity.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering pine and coriander with faint star anise. To properly appreciate this products complexity you’ll need to sample diluted with water.
