Lanson Extra Age Rosé is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay from grand cru vineyards (Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Verzenay, Bouzy) with vintage wines from 2002, 2004 and 2005. The blend was cellar aged for eight years.
‘Extra Age’ was launched to celebrate Lanson’s 250th Anniversary. It is traditionally made without malolactic fermentation, blends vintage champagnes and wines from Grand and Premiers Crus, and is then cellar aged a minimum of five years.
