Appearance:

Cloudy, burnish copper orangey amber with thin white head.

Aroma:

Pungent, not quite ripe apricot/ greengage with a fresh applemint note, acacia blossom and spruce needles.

Taste:

Alcohol and hops pack a punch with toasted hops and faint apricot preserve fruit.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering piney hop bitterness.
