Appearance:

Clear, mid-deep golden amber with burnished gold highlights.

Aroma:

Pear and overripe pineapple fruit with linseed oil, camphor and delicate smoke.

Taste:

Initially sweet and fruity before quickly drying as woody notes emerge introducing beautifully smoked nutty complexity with salty smoke amplified by time on the palate.

Aftertaste:

Long, delicately salty, smoky and peaty.
