Appearance:
Hazy, yellow. Suggests lemon juice.
Aroma:
Fresh lemon zest, lemon meringue topping with caster sugar. Faint anise.
Taste:
Almost creamy mouthfeel. Zesty lemon with well-balanced citric acidity and sweetness. Subtle herbal, pine and eucalyptus.
Aftertaste:
Clean, lemon zesty finish.
Overall:
The freshness and flavour of a small bach artisan limoncello combined with the consistency and presentation of a volume brand. A reliable go-to Limoncello.
