Pallini Limoncello is made by the Pallini family from Sfusato lemons from the Amalfi coast which are infused in neutral spirit immediately after being hand-harvested to capture their freshness and flavour. Pallini Limoncello is GMO-free, gluten-free and Kosher.

Pallini Limoncello was launched in 1999 and is based on a 100-year-old Pallini family recipe.

Appearance:

Hazy, yellow. Suggests lemon juice.

Aroma:

Fresh lemon zest, lemon meringue topping with caster sugar. Faint anise.

Taste:

Almost creamy mouthfeel. Zesty lemon with well-balanced citric acidity and sweetness. Subtle herbal, pine and eucalyptus.

Aftertaste:

Clean, lemon zesty finish.

Overall:

The freshness and flavour of a small bach artisan limoncello combined with the consistency and presentation of a volume brand. A reliable go-to Limoncello.
