First created as a limited edition brew available on draught, Yakima Red ale was launched in bottled form in October 2012. It uses five hop varieties from the Yakima Valley, Washington State, brewed together with UK ale and crystal malt, along with some German caramel malt.

Appearance:

(best before 14-Dec-13) Clear, reddish coppery amber with minimal head.

Aroma:

Toasted malt, floral, citrus and tropical fruit (passion fruit) aromas.

Taste:

Toasty, caramel and sweet clementine citrus with subtle grassy and pine hops.

Aftertaste:

Lingering floral finish.
